Horrible - Do not buy - Especially from Rooms to Go

My boyfriend and I bought this bed from Rooms to Go. I thought it would be a nice alternative to the Tempurpedic bed which were way too expensive for us. Well I should have listened to my boyfriend and just gotten another spring mattress! This thing is horrible. It was really firm for about a week and then all of a sudden it was really soft! Soft to the point that it was sinking in the middle! We had heard from store employees that with the memory foam beds, you have to give them time to form to your body. So we waited about a month to see if it got any better. It didn't! It made my back hurt so bad in the mornings! I started putting a pillow under my bottom to lift me in the middle because it sank in the middle so much! We called Rooms to Go and they had an "inspector" come out to look at it. Even though there was about an inch and a half sag in the middle (after 1 month!), they said it was not defective and would not take it back or give a refund! Of course! I will never go back to Rooms to Go for anything! I will never buy this mattress brand again either! What a waste! A $200 bed (which is what we are sleeping on now) is way better than this bed!

We have the exact same story!

They are great for awhile and then they will go out of the way to avoid replacement. We finally cut the pillow top off and found the problem was NOT the pillow top but the springs were sagging. We could see our body impressions in the springs. Of course cutting the pillow top off voided the warranty but we had to get to the bottom of the problem! Crookedest business you will ever find. Just plain crooks!
