Do not ever believe Sealy will honour "customer satisfaction" . Our Sealy is less than 2 years old, was comfortable, something has happened to each side of the top mattress. Not the pillow top but the actual mattress. When you lay on it you sink with no support, there is also a hump in the middle. When this mattress is lifted off the boxspring and is standing up it billows on both sides. We called Leons for an inspection (what a joke) we were told because they couldn't find a dip in the pillowtop, they could do nothing for us. We then called Sealy and were told the exact same thing. We asked how the inspector could understand what we were talking about without laying on the bed? The lady at Sealy said she was not doing anything for us, our mattress did not show a dip and therefore is not defective according to their "policy" So we have a 1500 piece of crap, have had extremely poor customer satisfaction, and will never never ever buy a Sealy product again, and will make sure everyone we talk to knows exactly what this company stands for " ripping off the customer, taking their money, and making it impossible to get satisfaction with a complete waste of time warranty!!!!!
