We paid $1,400.00 for this mattress from Mattress Firm. After consistently rotating it for a year, it was still completely worn out. The mattress sagged in the middle, sides, and was extremely uncomfortable. The real disappointment is we contacted Mattress Firm after a year and filed a warranty claim. After submitting all the photo's they requested, they denied our claim and offered us a 20% off coupon to purchase another mattress from them; that was insulting. Needless to say, we will never purchase another mattress from Mattress Firm as they do not support their products or their customers.....
