I purchased a mattress for myself from Aviya about a year ago, and was happy with it. I purchase a second mattress for my daughter 11/25. She did not like it, and returned it. They pick up the mattress from her 2/26. They promised a refund in 14 days. I was never refunded!! MONTHS, many, may calls and promises. They lie. Anyone can sell anything, it does not make them a real company
