Much too firm

The mattress felt great in the store - I tried two different stores. The mattress at home is hard as a rock, super uncomfortable. I needed a 3 inch topper for the first 6 weeks, finally took it off and it is barely tolerable. I have back pain every morning. I sleep on my back, but turn to my sides because of general discomfort as well as the rock like tufts making pressure points. When I turn on my side it is just as bad. I go back and forth early in the morning and give up and get out of bed. I am achy and tired every day. I know there is a break-in period, but it is coming to the end of my trial with the store that I bought the mattress from, and it is still not truly comfortable. I called Aireloom E. S. KLUFT & COMPANY - and received absolutely no help whatsoever from a lady who clearly did not care one bit. So I bought what I thought was a top end product, a luxury purchase, and receive no help whatsoever from the company that makes the product. I regret buying this mattress. Many people have similar difficulties, just check online (eg Reddit) so you can be warned. I tried to post this review on their website but it was not accepted. No surprise there. M2 Luxe Firm
