    Poor Fit with adjustable base

    The mattress has an overhang of about 3 inches on one side from the adjustable base. The set-up process was very poor. The brackets for keeping the mattress on the bases were not installed. The bases were not oriented correctly, they placed the feet next to the head board on both sets. Each set of mattress and bases are very heavy, and we are not strong enough to move them. Now we have to wait too sleep in the correct orientation, or only use the beds in a flat position. Note: We purchased two sets. So far my wife likes the feel of the mattress. I am not sure myself about the feel. It looks like the mattresses can be flipped over, as they look the same on both sides, but I am not sure about that.

    So far we love it!

    We bought a new mattress because our old one was giving us backaches in the morning. After we got the Zenhaven (we keep it on the Gentle Firm side), our backaches have done away. So far we love the bed, no regrets!

    Disappointed

    Wanted to leave a review because we thought we'd found an amazing mattress, but it hasn't alleviated upper back/neck pain, and arm pain. This mattress is better for a back sleeper; there's some difficulty for me turning over as a side sleeper. The gentle firm side is better for me than the first weeks we spent sleeping on the plush side, but for price we paid, it's still not great. Was so hoping for more! Latex is a very different feel, and not sure how I like it. Some will love, but after a month of sleeping on it, I'm not adjusted to it.

    One side of the mattress is softer than the other. The so...

    One side of the mattress is softer than the other. The soft side was a little too soft for me. A call to Zenhaven brought two men to my house to flip it to the firmer side which sleeps like a dream.
