Personalized Perfection

I ordered this mattress after trying several others. I am particularly picky, a light sleeper, and very affected by what I'm sleeping on. I custom ordered this mattress as soft as they could make it, and added the topper for even more softness - because I need to sleep on clouds, but I also need great support, and give for my hips. This mattress meets all my needs. I love it!

Just OK

This was my first time purchasing on line so I was nervous. For the first year this was a fantastic mattress. It is now 3.5 years old and it has a horizontal ripple across the middle that really bugs me. I did report this to winkbed but they didn’t really offer much help. I have been extremely diligent about the rotation schedule since day one. I feel like this mattress will need to be replaced at the 5 year mark.

Best mattress we’ve ever had!

We liked our Wink Bed Luxury Firm (King) so much that we bought one for our cabin and another for my mother (who loves it) and have recommended it to many friends.

We swapped out the luxury firm for the softer mattress and you really need to know that we both found the luxury firm to be to firm, me especially, with my 180 pound body! We also find that after three years the mattress is still outstanding!

Worst Mattress I’ve Ever Owned

I have asked Winkbed twice to fulfill their warranty. I sent the pics but Because it’s so fluffy, and the fluff hides the tremendous sag and lack of support, the pics do not show how badly the middle sags so they denied my warranty claim twice! I had bought their firmest twin XL mattress. During the trial period it was great but after that it became the mattress from hell. WinkBeds became the company from hell. I haven’t slept on the mattress for over a year now because it had me living at the chiropractor’s office. I started sleeping on my firm Beautyrest twin XL mattress a year ago and my back is normal. My winkbed was/is a nightmare purchase!!! I do NOT recommend this company nor their most firm mattress to anyone over 150lbs. My wife is 200lbs and has the same mattress. She has been complaining about her winkbed for about a year. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from WinkBeds mattresses!!!

Great for a bad back

Bought this mattress for my dad who has a long history of back problems. The mattress he had prior to this one was hurting his back so much he could barely get out of bed in the morning. This mattress changed all that. He sleeps better and is able to get right out of bed in the morning without any struggle. A change that literally happened overnight.

Very comfortable American made bed

I stopped waking up with back pain as soon as I started sleeping my Wink bed. I had them deliver, set up and remove my old mattress, another plus. Only complaint is that mattress is pretty heavy with no straps on the sides. Takes multiple people to rotate mattress as instructed.
