way softer then advertised

We had purchased a Casper a few years ago and liked it. However the new one that just arrived is a different story. It holds heat more, it is way softer, to the point that i have back pain from sleeping on my stomach, I sink in so much that it is difficult to change positions or move around in it, and the edge support is barely there at all. When we compare our two Casper mattresses, it is apparent that they have made substantial changes to this mattress, and for me, not to the good side.

We got the Casper about 3 or 4 months after my lumbar spi...

We got the Casper about 3 or 4 months after my lumbar spinal fusion surgery and I was in pain sleeping on my side on our old mattress. On the Casper I could sleep in any position much more comfortably. We both love the Casper and would recommend it to anyone with back problems. I wish we had bought it before the surgery!

This mattress felt like it would be a bit hard for me, but after my first week on it I was sleeping all the way through the night, feeling well rested!!

Love this mattress

We previously had an expensive ($3,000+) mattress and my husband always felt way too hot and felt he didn't sleep well on it. We ordered the Casper mattress because of the warrenty and we love it. The other mattress went to the guest room. :) We highly recommend the Casper mattress over the expensive one. We would buy another Casper if the need ever arose. We took it out of the box, laid it on our foundation and took the plastic off and "poof" it rose to a standard size mattress thickness. We were glad we had put it on the foundation before we cut the plastic. :) Great mattress!!!!! The best we have had in 48 years of marriage.

Casper lives up to the hype

I decided to give this mattress a try after reading great reviews, including on Consumer Reports. With the 100 day sleep guarantee what do you have to lose honestly? Well the 100 days flew by and I still am enjoying the Casper mattress. I also purchased the base, and a set of king pillows and am very pleased with all of the items. I did have to call customer service when I first purchased it and they were great. The same representative I originally spoke with called me back the next day with a full answer to my question. When is the last time thats ever happened. For the price this is a very quality product and probably the best value in the mattress world.

Finding a good Mattress!

I am very satisfied with the Casper mattress, this is a superior product. I recommend it to people! I found the pillow too compressible to support my head, I always sleep on my side. Thanks for your efforts.

Guests love it

It would be perfect if it were just a bit softer for me. I am getting used to the firmness of the Casper, and I am sleeping better than ever. The longer I have the Casper mattress the better I am liking it! Hopefully soon, I’ll love it!
