Soft awful mattress

This mattress provide next to zero support and feels like you are being swallowed when you lie on it (it is worth noting I am a petite woman, weighing 100lbs and 5’4” tall). My husbands side (he’s 6’4” and about 220lbs) has become so soft and sunken that if I sleep near him I end up rolling downhill into him. Honestly one of the worst purchases we’ve ever made. All in we spent over $5,000 for a mattress I can’t wait to get ride of.
