DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

We bought this mattress 21 months ago and it is so bad that my husband rarely sleeps on it and I wake up in pain most nights. I am a small woman (130 lbs) and there is a large crater on my side of bed, which has been there several months. We were expecting this mattress to last on the avg of ten years, but we got less than 2 yrs out of it!! Never again will I be lured into a high price mattress from a boxchain. Please don't buy this product-you will be disappointed

2 Month Depressions

Thought we would upgrade our 6 yr. old Beautyrest Melrose mattress since it was showing depressions and losing support. After "testing" several firm contenders, we decided on the World Class Bridgewater firm model. We are both side-sleepers and over 200 lbs. Got a great price with new box spring from the local MattressFirm store and quick delivery, etc. Was told to try it for at least 30 days as they offer 120 day trial period. (Very Nice!) The problems started the first week. We found ourselves rolling towards the middle and fought to stay on our own side. Next the surface depression problem started after only 3 weeks! Cannot imagine it lasting for the 10 yr. warranty period! Thank goodness for a test period. we are looking to upgrade to the BR Legend Winward Luxury Firm or Black Hybrid Gladney Luxury Firm.

No movement or pain anymore

My last mattress was a really firm mattress and I had it for almost 14 years. I bought this one a few months ago and wow, wow wow. I was expecting to toss around a little on this. I keep waking up in the exact same spot I started. No more back pain either. There's not much more I can say.

Multiple Divots

Shortly after purchase noticed a divot in the mattress. Was told to rotate mattress. Rotated, now I have two divots and a sore back. No mattress should break down this quickly. Only been a year since purchase and Simmons does not want to honor the warranty. . Said divot is not 2". Their measuring technique is not accurate. Measuring tool does not fit inside of divot if you have a small body frame. When using a ruler at lowest point, larger divot is over 2". Have seen the same complaint on multiple sites.
