wake up feeling like I've been in a auto accident

Never in my life have I experienced such all over pain. Kept waking up with my arms and hands asleep. And the feeling of trying to move in quick sand, its like you fight all night to get your body comfortable. Not to mentions this mattress doesn't breath at all, sooooo HOT, and it's winter. I've slept on the bed five days to see if maybe I just needed to adjust, NOPE, it's getting returned ASAP!!!! Miserable :(
