Too Firm, Back pain every morning

Supposed to be plush but its too firm and causes back pain. Also, forget about side sleeping.

Bad Mattress

We complained about seeing both ends of the mattress showing stretch shortly after we purchased the mattress. A representative from the manufacturer came and looked at the mattress. After he measured the bumps he said everything was within the range of the mattress and the nothing would be doe. I thought we were buying the best. But to say the least, we are extremely disappointed!
