    Poor quality

    I have had this bed for under 2 years and I wake up every morning with a back ache due to a sagging hole that has developed where I sleep. I am extremely disappointed, especially since it cost me $1400.00. I am filing a claim to see what kind of a response I get from Serta!

    Felt ok the first week. Hips started to hurt the second week Back and shoulder hurt the third week. After four weeks it started to eat. Not comfortable.
