I like many folks here have had the same experience with failure in 4 years. We have a big hump in the middle that you cant roll over and the sides have failed. We have done everything to get serta to replace it and they will not honor their warranty. buyer beware
For the 1st month I was happy, hubby was not. Then my crater formed and the hump in the middle of the mattress. It says that to uphold the warranty we must flip the mattress every 6 months. Kind of hard to do when it is attached to the base. We had to pay 3 LARGE guys to come move it 180 degrees since if you flip it you are sleeping on the base. Now we both awaken with back pain daily. I wish I had NEVER purchased this piece of crap. I spent way too much money for this pain. And I have NOT injured my back in any way. It just feels that way the 1st hour I get out of bed from sleeping in the crater.
This was an incredibly expensive bed when we bought it, and took years to pay off. It was fine for several years, and I loved how cozy it felt climbing in each night. I don't sleep hot, so I've never had issues with it being too warm over the years. Sadly, a few years ago I started having frequent low back pain, and it has gotten worse over time. I started to suspect that the mattress was to blame, because I had the most pain while trying to change positions at night, and could hardly move in the mornings. I began sleeping on an older inner-spring mattress we had in our guest room, and immediately confirmed that our iComfort Prodigy bed - such a splurge for us - was indeed to blame for my pain. We are heading out shopping for a new mattress today. I am frustrated that it may take years to find out if we made the right choice. I know I'm not spending that kind of money again. Very sad.
I got talked into getting this mattress vs a better known memory foam mattress. This mattress has always been too soft but after the first 12-18 months its like trying to crawl out of a hammock.
I cannot recommend this mattress in any way. Poor support and extremely poor endurance. It wasn't good when new and went downhill rapidly from there.
Time for a new mattress.
Purchased this King Size mattress in 2012. Five years later the mattress sags where both I and my husband generally sleep. In the middle is a huge "mountain" that you can't roll over. You can not move any which way once you are "stuck" in the hole from your body impression. This mattress only lasted five years....and for the price I would have thought we would have got 8-12 years out of the mattress. Terrible purchase....save your money!

The first mattress I bought at Sears was horrible and they made me keep it for a full 90 days before I could switch it. The sales person went on about how great the iComfort Prodogy Everfeel was so I paid the extra money for it. It was fine for the first year. I've now had it almost 15 months. I started noticing about a month ago that I was in constant pain when I got out of bed. At first I blamed it on my age and on my work outs, not thinking for a minute it could be the mattress. Now I realize its the mattress. The foam has gotten so soft it no longer supports my body. I weigh 150lbs and my boyfriend weighs 200lbs so the problem is not our weight. There is no visible sagging so Sears says the manufacturer can't help me. They made me buy their box spring and mattress pad to honor their warranty but there is still nothing they'll do for me. $2300 for a mattress that lasted one year is ludicrous. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this mattress. I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought it.
We purchased this mattress three months ago & can stand it no longer! My husbands back is killing him, it is extremely hot, and it is already sagging after only three months! WE explained my husbands back problems to the salesman and he assured us this mattress is what he needed. He can't turn over in it and wakes up every morning with back pain.
