I'm extremely disappointed with my Sealy Crown Jewel mattress, which has failed to deliver on its promises. Despite being touted as the company's top-range product, this mattress has started to sag and lose its shape after only 6 months of use.
The most noticeable issue is the significant dip in the middle of the mattress, which has created a "hole" that I roll into every night. This has led to persistent back pain and discomfort, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.
Given the premium price point and the company's claims about the Crown Jewel's exceptional quality, I expected a much better performance. Unfortunately, my experience has been subpar, and I would not recommend this mattress to anyone.
