Medium is quite soft

My wife and I purchased a medium mattress and within a few months we had to request a mattress topper to firm up the feeling of the mattress. My side had already developed quite the indent so this needed to be addressed as well. However, now that we have the topper the mattress if fantastic. We just wish that we had originally gone with the firm.

Finally a fantastic mattress

After being injured in 2008 in Afghanistan I have found it impossible to get myself a mattress that was comfortable and allowed me to sleep without pain. I finally decided to try the best rated mattress I can find that would be delivered as this one was. My only complaint was the medium was to soft and the firm Comfort Plus wasn't quite enough. However I will be renovating my spare bedroom and buying a king size mattress from you that is firm with affirm Comfort Plus as one of my friends has. Overall a small short coming till I get a new bedroom set as the mefium queen mattress currently with the firm Comfort plus is amazing anyways. Being able to sleep not only provides a better quality life but probably saved my life by removing one more stress being injured in the military creates.

Amazing Sleep

I absolutely love this mattress. Well worth the money. I had backpain from our old mattress, and once we started sleeping on this one, it was gone. I love how it still feels the same as the first time I slept on it.

Great choice for back sufferers.

Bought this for my 95 year old Mom and it has helped with her back pain. I have had a firm Novasbed for over 4 years and it's fantastic. No sagging, I can sleep in any position very comfortably. Wouldn't buy anything else.

Great Mattress, Great Customer Service

After owning a Tempurpedic mattress for 15 years, we know what to expect from a memory foam mattress. So when it came time to buy a new one, we went to the store to see the new Tempurpedic line-up of mattresses. The prices seemed so high that we decided to turn to the internet to see what else was available at a better price and value. We considered 3 other memory foam mattresses before deciding that the Novosbed mattress might be the best fit for us. So we called customer service to learn more about the different firmness options and, based upon the mattress we were currently sleeping on, they recommended the Medium firm mattress. We loved the idea of a 120 day trial period and then option to adjust the firmness after 30 days. We placed the order and received the mattress very quickly. Easy to set up and no off-gassing, we had a good nights sleep from the very first night. After 30 days, we took advantage of ordering the free Comfort Kit and love our mattress even more than before. Novosbed Customer Service offered great guidance and they are a very easy company to do business with. We made the perfect choice and nor longer have backaches when we wake up in the morning.

Love this mattress

We were reluctant to order a mattress online from a company with which we were not familiar, but after doing some web research, seeing all the good reviews from external sites, and having the 120-day return policy, we decided to give it a try. We are glad we did as we love our new medium queen novosbed. My lower back loved it from the first night we slept on it. If I find my back aching when I get home from work, I lay down on the bed for 10 to 15 min to "decompress" and it really helps. It took a bit of getting used to in terms of rolling from back to side and staying on my side of the bed because you settle into the mattress and its not "bouncy" like a mattress with springs. However, once I got the hang of it, things were great. I stopped waking up because some part of my body was numb or aching. It took about 2 weeks for my husband to adjust to the feel of the mattress, but now he really likes it as well, especially for his shoulders which often became sore when lying on his side. We also both like that we cannot feel the other one get out of bed during the night.

I'm going to sleep now...

I bought this mattress directly through Novosbed, which was great because they had a payment plan option through a partner of their's which worked out well for me. This review should be unnecessary if you've already done your research. The mattress, is amazing. It's that simple. When I decided to get rid of my old spring mattress, and switch to memory foam, I went through hours and hours of research to try and find what was going to be the best option. Obviously, I eventually got to Tempur-Pedic which seems to be universally loved as far as mattresses go, but there's also the price to consider. Despite the much lower price of this mattress, the reviews I was seeing were even better than Tempur-Pedic, though not by a huge margin. It seemed kind of impossible to go wrong by choosing this one. I'm glad I went with that logic, cause as I mentioned before, it's amazing. On top of that, the 120 day trial period gives you a safety net in case you're out of your mind and this bed doesn't work for you. I contacted support twice to get some quick questions answered, and another time to request the comfort+ addition you can get to adjust the mattress even further to your liking, and they got back to me quickly and immediately helped out. Bottom line, this is the mattress to get. ...almost forgot, it has a removable cover which seems like a small thing but had me flipping out. It's crazy comfortable so the fact that you can just use that as your top layer, and remove it to wash it is incredible. This time it's really the end of my review.
