Only a year and a half with the mattress and we have to replace it due to sagging/breakdown. Really uncomfortable at this point and a big disappointment.

I sleep on my side and have always had problems with a mattress being comfortable enough, made worse by recurrent back pain. The Nest Alexander is the best bed I have ever slept on. In hotel stays I have tried the number bed, memory foam and various high-end inner spring mattresses, but the Alexander (medium) is consistently the best. I have slept 8 hours on my side and wake up with NO discomfort to my shoulder and hip, most beds have me switching sides throughout the night. I was thinking I needed a soft but was convinced by the salesman at the store to get the medium, I could always return for a soft, I'm glad I got the medium. I've had the bed for one year and it shows no sign of sagging.

This has been an exception mattress where comfort is concerned but it tends to trap a lot of body heat. I often have to through the blanket off and sleep under the top sheet alone just to keep cool. Not sure that any brand of foam mattress would perform better although I hear all kinds of wild claims in the commercials. For now though, I like this mattress. In the summer sleeping under the sheet only is fine. In the winter when the room is cooler I'm a happy camper under the blanket / comforter.

most of the time I sleep both sides alternate then back, however, as I fall asleep, I notice I was sleeping at my back, I have no pain sleeping,
at my back or both sides, It's comfortable and very resting for me. I don't know for how long I will own and sleep with my bed because I am getting old but I wish another ten years to enjoy my bed.

This mattress is the most comfortable tjing I've ever slept on. I no longer have back pain when i wake up. My only complaint is that it can occasionally get hot, and i will have to get out of bed and wait for it to cool off.

I'll acknowledge that all foam mattresses are NOT the same and that I've gotten a better nights sleep consistently from this mattress than my previous mattress which was 7 years old, thinner, and cheaper. But of course it does.
The edge support is rather a joke (the top, especially, collapses when sitting in bed watching TV and my pillows slip behind the top of the mattress). Some of this is endemic to foam, but it could be addressed with some form of edge reinforcement/firmer foam.
Basically, it's a $1200 queen size stack of foam. It's better than the 7 year old $300 queen size stack of foam I had before in initial quality and in fit+finish. But it better be. If I had more than one bed at home, I'd try one of the 12" thick foam mattresses on amazon which are $350. I love the thickness of this mattress, but I'm rather damn sure you could get that for less than the $1200 (and that was with a discount).
Supposedly has a long warranty, but I'm at a loss for what that means in reality. They say indentation greater than an inch. Relative to what? I suppose I could probably get a replacement mattress every couple years out of them (we're 18 months in) but that seems silly, wasteful, and tiresome.
We choose this bed because the wife has back problems and this is the one she wanted (based on online reviews, it was also the most expensive). Call me a skeptic, but I'm pretty sure we could have gotten 90% of the bed for 30% of the money elsewhere. But, happy wife happy life.

I spent so much time looking at all sorts of "bed in a box" reviews and although there were other mattresses at a better price, I think I was a little too influenced by some of the on-line reviews. Although when lying flat, it feels comfortable, sitting on the edge proves to allow too much give- you feel like you're going to fall off. I got this primarily to help with side sleeping - my old mattress compressed my shoulder and hip joints terribly, and although this isn't as bad as that mattress, I still feel my hips and shoulders getting sore when side-lying. For the price, I was really hoping for a better sleep experience.

When I get into this bed at night it always feels like it’s giving me a big body hug. I have large shoulders and had struggled with pain in them due to being a side sleeper. This bed has eliminated that completely. The only problem with that hug is it is physically hard to get out of it sometimes because of that “hug” softness it has. That is splitting hairs however, and hey if my biggest complaint is it’s hard to get out of because it’s so comfy I think that’s a good thing.

Before having a nest bedding mattress, I used to look forward to a nice comfortable mattress in a hotel room.
Now, when we go out of town for the weekend I miss my mattress big time. It's simply fantastic.

We have difficulty keeping the fitted sheets on the mattress. The box spring sold by the manufacturer is especially noisy. The mattress itself has worn relatively quickly and developed an odd lump in the center of the mattress, not so much as to be uncomfortable, just very noticeable. The box springs sold by the manufacturer are odd metal things zipped into cases that are quite noisy.
