Lasted 3 years, At 4 years unusable and no warranty help

My expectations were Nest would honor the warranty as I specifically asked them all the details, as hesitant to buy online. I was assured it would last for 10 years/ Lifetime comfort warranty. Over time the warranty changed online and what was lifetime became less, then it was warranted as 30% off a new one, but there has been no resolution to my mattress which has deteriorated greatly. It was very good for 3 years and by the 4th year it was too soft, mushy in spots wear you lay, edges sink, cannot get comfortable, and both myself and partner had pain in places we never did before. Basically a 3 year life span. The warranty support said all of my pictures are 'no issue seen' and I don't meet changing criteria for sag/depression. The issue is you cannot see from a picture what happens when you are on it. The are adamantly opposed to helping me - and have deleted all my reviews which tell the truth. They didn't stand by my product. Avoid.

We don't have a criteria for an exact weight, because not all customers will have the same items available for a weight test. We also ask for the weight to be placed in several areas so that we can see how different areas of the mattress are responding to that weight. Our team is happy to continue working with you, but the mattress will need to meet our warranty parameters, as agreed at time of purchase

Mattress holds heat!

The mattress is very comfortable, and has held up well over the past year of me sleeping on it. As a side sleeper it is a bit too firm and causes aches in my shoulder and arm. The biggest problem I have with the mattress is its inability wick away any heat, I tend to sleep warm - but with the mattress holding my heat it just radiates back to my body. There have been nights where I wake up sweating, then touch the mattress and it is uncomfortably hot, enough to where I have to leave the bed for 30-45 minutes so it can cool down before I go back to sleep.

I daydream about sleeping in my bed 15 mos after purchase!!!

This mattress is the best purchase I've ever made for a mattress. It feels like sleeping on a cloud and I'm being cuddled. I tried another major brand starts with "Tempur..." and I felt like I was sinking into a sand pit. This mattress provides solid support for a side-sleeper. I will say that I'm not one of those people that is called warm-blooded or sleeps hot; I usually pile on the blankets. In these L.A. summers the mattress can feel a little bit too warm for me. I even purchased the mattress protector with cooling technology but it does not seem to help much. A small price to pay for comfort. I no longer wake up with an aching back!

Comfortable, but I do wake up with some back stiffness/soren

While this is not a scientific analysis, it seems like even when I sleep on a much less comfortable mattress, I don't feel the stiffness/soreness when I get up that I do on the Nest Bed. Although after stretching and a few stretches, my back usually feels fine.

Supportive, environmentally friendly & a decent compromise

While both my partner and I wanted a supportive, environmentally friendly mattress, she prefers a firmer feel and I prefer a softer feel. We both tend to sleep on our sides and have adjusted to this mattress fairly well. (Her previous mattress was extra firm and 10 years old; my previous mattress was soft and several years old.) One thing I noticed early on in is that I started to sleep on my stomach more, which exacerbates my neck pain. This is partially due to the mattress being firmer than my body can tolerate for a whole night (since I primarily sleep on one side due to an old shoulder injury) and partially due to occasional insomnia. I will say that while my body has become more accustomed to the firmness of this mattress over the past 13 months, I kind of wish we had gotten the soft version. My partner and I are both 140–150lbs and are 5’4” and 5’8”.

Breathe

We were so relived to discover Nest. After our old mattress had worn, we purchased a supposedly excellent mattress from a front-runner brand......and I couldn't breathe. I couldn't even walk into the bedroom without having asthma. The chemical toxicity was extreme. We tried another big brand. Another toxic failure. We researched organics, wool, latex. Finally, we lucked into Nest. Ahhhh... I could breathe perfectly! The mattress is a dream. It feels great & sleeps great too. .

Decent mattress but longer term has bothered my neck

Initially we really liked the feel of this mattress but now that we've had it for 2 years we are really struggling. It hurts my neck and it sleeps hot. I've purchased a mattress topper and it has helped marginally but we definitely won't be buying this same one again.

Best mattress EVER!

SO we shopped a long time. Looked at latex, temperpedic, all those adjustables, and the traditional. Finally settled for this and am very HAPPY! Glad we did the nest bed and would buy it again and again!
