This has been the worst experience ever. I am apparently allergic to something in the mattress so it needs to leave my home. I have used their online chat system, email and phone contact information for the return/refund. What is NOT noted on the website is that they have to find a charity in your area to pick up the mattress for a return. What--I have never heard of such a thing? Guess what, no charity wants a mattress even if it has only been slept on for a month. I live in Columbus, Ohio--trust me, there are a million charities in my area. When I read the return/refund process online before buying the mattress, which indicated "returns at no cost to you", I believed it.
I follow up every day to 2 days only to hear the same thing. "I have escalated to my lead, my supervisor, my manager and I have contacted the ops team and return team for you". There is a plethora of people that the representative can send your concern to but no accountability and apparently they train everyone to say "very soon".
I continue to wait for anyone to contact me via--email or phone--to even acknowledge this is being worked on but now I incredibly distressed by this whole situation.
Nectar employees (employee owned company, no CEO), if you cannot arrange a pick up or it that pick up/return process will take you too long, have some decency to refund my money and arrange a pick up when you can.
We’ve now been using the Nectar Cal King for over a month and we are extremely pleased with the mattress. After spending over $2,000 for a brand name mattress from a major nation wide retailer we slept poorly for over a year and decided to cut our loss and try Nectar. We could not be happier with the choice. We sleep soundly, no longer have back pain, and are delighted to know that there are reputable mattress manufacturers that sell mattresses at a fair price. Thank you Nectar. We highly recommend!
This mattress is so good. I wake up every morning refreshed, and I slept through the night. I do not have any pain in my back, hips or neck. it feels so good to be able to lay in bed and be pain free, and relaxed. I think everyone should own this mattress. I will tell everyone I know about this mattress.

I didn't really think this bed was going to be much different but thought I'd give it a try. Their 365 day trail is what drew me in. I had looked into similar beds, but that's what made me choose them. I am so glad I did. I feel so much better. I wake before my alarm, before I would hit snooze several times, so exhausted! My joints no longer hurt when I wake and my hands are not numb like they used to be, which I thought was just me. It's the best purchase I have ever made. Thanks!
There was some trepidation purchasing a mattress on-line, but I read several independent reviews and the 365 day right of return convinced me to pull the trigger. I am so happy I did! This is the most comfortable mattress on which I have ever slept. As you lie on it the pressure points of your body actually feel like the mattress wraps around you in a firm but soft manner. The pillows that came with the mattress are pillows for which I have been waiting my entire life. They are very supportive of the head and neck, yet soft and pliable. This is the best sleep I've had in years.
I do need to mention the process. The mattress arrived about a week after it was promised. Nectar sent an e-mail indicating it had been shipped several days before it actually was. This was not a big issue for me, but if you need the mattress by a certain date you should be aware that this is apparently an ongoing problem with the company.
I am loving my Nectar mattress. Super comfortable, just the right firmness. Feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. It's only been a few weeks, but it's by far the best mattress I've ever slept on. Definitely recommend!
