I now after 2 1/2 years need to get a new mattress wouldn’t even be able to resell due to sagging and lumps I Would not recommend To anyone. What a waste of money. I was able to sleep on my previous mattress for 20 years.

I loved this bed. It developed a mountain in the middle
This mattress ended up with a big hump in the middle of the bed. I have never had a mattress fail me within 2 years ever
I did not reach out to the manufacturer in all fairness
Now less than 3 years later we see having to get a new bed.
The bed was wonderful fir about 18 months

The sales person at Mattress Firm Oakbrook, Ill... made it sound like we were getting a steal by purchasing at Hampton & Rhodes mattress (knowing they were closing down soon). I purchased the mattress Feb 2018 and I feel like I roll to the middle every night..The mattress squeaks when I make a move on the bed...I never had this with my old mattress. I wish > can dig it up from the grave...

This mattress felt so different and comfortable in the store versus sleeping on a new one in my home. I needed a medium feel that would cushion my shoulder and hip pressure points, which this does to some degree. However, there is little to no support for my back and spine; it's just too soft and sinks too deeply making it difficult to roll over from side to side, due to the impression my body has created. The edge of the mattress offers no support as well, and slopes too much towards the floor when sitting on the edge.
