Stinky mattress and not as firm as promised

I was excited for my mattress to arrive but when it arrived I felt betrayed and disappointed. The promise of no off gassing was a lie. This mattress was very stinky and I had to let if off gas for at least a week before I could stand to sleep on it. After that it continued to off gas for at least the first year. After owning the mattress for multiple years now I still on occasion can smell the original off gassing scent. : ( It is also not as firm and comfortable as promised. This mattress causes lower back pain on a regular basis. I have better sleeps when I am traveling.
