I ordered a mattress from Vispring in Harrods for almost £5000 pounds. It's been 8 months and I still didn't receive it. First, the mattress arrived in a smaller version and was promised to grow, which it didn't. Second, they refused to change it. Third, only after my lawyer contacted them they decided to change the mattress. Finally, the mattress arrived, but once more. It is still small!
So, same as 8 months ago, I'm still without a mattress, plus it is not that comfortable. The managers of the company didn't help at all.
My suggestion for other clients like me: Look for another mattress company to not loose your money and time.
