I find it difficult to settle in and even my largest doxie, 35 lbs. Would rather sleep on the pillows or floor. It misleads with the chiropractic name as my arms are numbed and upper thighs with hip pain. I had to toss and turn dealing with prostate cancer radiation treatment for 6 months. I take CBS oil to help sleep with such an uncomfortable mattress.we originally tested the queen size but changed to king size for our pets and find it much less comfortable. A poorly structured mattress as the edges collapse. Would not recommend this mattress.

totally not what I expected I asked for a firm mattress and I got a sloppy mess it turned out to be a bag of cotton balls . When you move it leaves an indentation that you cannot get out off.
My old mattress was over 25 years and it was firmer than this if the springs were not coming up I would not have given it up
No Support, Increased Back Pain - I prefer the Couch
I've had the mattress for less than 3 years and the centre is already sagging. I am a petite 130 pd woman - it wasn't me. The mattress is meant for back pain but seems to cause back pain to worsen. The mattress is also far too hard- circulation is cut off in my arms every night.

This is hardly an extra firm mattress.
As a new mom, trying to breastfeed my baby on this mattress has been a nightmare. No support whatsoever, if you sit on the mattress you will soon find yourself closer to the floor.
