Was great, for first 60 days..

Because it's a euro top you can't flip. Which has caused excessive 1.5 ' dips in the mattresse. Even with pictures and complaints to the manufacturer they stated it was normal. I dont think a "w" pattern in a 3 month old bed is acceptable for that price. Basically once the warranty period was over they stopped returning my emails, even though I'd bought the mattresses protector and extra warrenty. Moral of the story, talk is cheap.

saggy

showed pictures to Serta for warranty and they said it had to be 1.5 inch sag, this matress has been sleep on for 8 months and there is a hump in the middle and sags at the place where we lay. The Brick...where we bought it is coming to look at it for warranty. Will not buy another Serta Mattress. Our 12 year old mattress was not this bad!!!
