Not worth the money

The mattress started out just fine, but by the second year, it had already worn such deep grooves that it was like sleeping in a hole. My husband frequently wakes up with back pain, and I struggle to get comfortable, constantly tossing and turning all night. We have now had this mattress for three years, and we’re getting ready to toss it to the curb because we have suffered long enough. A mattress this price should last longer than two years. What a waste of money it turned out to be!

Very disappointed in the short life of the mattress

After 2-3 years, the mattress sagged, getting unacceptable early year 4. Put up with it, but back pain and loss of sleep, decided to dump it and get a Serta. The mattress should have lasted at least 7-8 years, so waste of money and time.

I didn't expect to have trouble in less than 2yrs. I bought it on sale for half price and the establishment has since gone bankrupt. It is a complicated process with Sealy for the warranty procedure.

Sinking bed that sagged on one side

Very disappointed after reading such high reviews. We purchased the box spring, mattress and frame from COSTCO only to notice it sagging. Interestingly enough when we placed the box spring and mattress on the floor directly the sinking bed was not so apparent. Unfortunately we have already purchased a “Purple” mattress system and look forward to watching this mattress head to the dump!

Was good at first. Now sinkhole in the middle.

Only had the mattress for 3 and a half years. Was expecting much more from this mattress. Very disappointed.

Heavy!

I did buy a topper which made a lot of difference for my shoulder and hip. My main complaint is the weight and bulk. It is almost impossible to lift a corner to tuck in bedding and most of my previous bedding no longer fits due to the extreme thickness of this mattress. I simply don't believe that this extreme weight and thickness are anything other than marketing to make customers believe that the company is doing something new and different. Even though it sleeps well, I would not buy this mattress again.

Best Matress Ever

I bought this matress for my youngest son's room. However, I tend to sleep in his room with him because my new king size pillow top mattress is so uncomfortable and hot. This is by far the most comfortable matress I have ever had. I want to get one in king size for my room but Sears is no longer in business and I can't find it anywhere else.

Didn't last long only 90days then I returned it!

This mattress was bought new. After a month my back still hurts every morning. I went to Taiwan and slept perfect in hotels. Came home and first night my back hurt again. Next day returned it to the store for my 90 day sleep guarantee. Picked a different bed.this bed sagged in the middle. It was a firm mattress. I sleep on my stomach and side. Not a good mattress.

Complete waste of money

We bought the Aldercrest firm 9" queen set from Costco in Jan 2016. Had to replace it earlier this year (2019) because it sags so much we were waking up with sore backs every morning. Warranty only covers sags over 1.5", not springs that collapse under your weight. Warranty is supposed to be 10 yrs without deductible. Oh, and you have to ship it to them and pay for testing before they decide if they will do anything. This piece of cr## is going to the dump and we will NEVER buy another Sealy product.
