Waste of money

We paid a considerable amount for this king size mattress. It is terrible. The middle of the mattress is at least three inches higher than the rest and when you're on the mattress if you don't stay in the spot that you usually sleep you feel like you're on a slant. We have only had the mattress for less than three years and considering we paid so much for it I am absolutely not satisfied with this mattress. It is also very warm. I have a Kingsdown prior to this one and it is over ten years old and is still in excellent condition and I paid less than half of what we paid for this Serta. Needless to say I will never purchase a Serta again nor would I recommend this product.

SPRING FEELINGS!

After about a year and a half, I started to feel the springs in this mattress poking me - especially in the hip and shoulder areas. This has steadily become worse. (Of course, this occurred after the warranty had expired!) I had expected this mattress to last much longer without problems but I know I will have to spend a lot of money to replace it - but I am saving up for a new mattress and it won't be a Sealy Posturepedic Ivy Glenn model since these aren't the Spring Feelings that I appreciate.

DON'T BUY IT!!!

I buy this but in May 2017 from Roomstogo. It is now January 2018 and has to be replaced. The tech from Roomstogo did a measurement test and it failed. I was noticing my back hurts every morning no matter what... Roomstogo is awesome and is allowing me to replace it under their warranty... Thank you Roomstogo!!! You suck Sealy!!!

Sleeping in a trough

Within a year of delivery from Macy's, there is a high ridge in the middle and dips on each side. The depressions are 1.5 to 2" deep. This is our second Sealy mattress, with the first one barely sagging until it was 10 years old. We're very disappointed and are waiting for Sealy to honor their warranty

Completely saggy after 18 months

This mattress was comfortable for a little over a year. After 18 months, it is completely saggy on either side, with a raised section in the center of the mattress. I am so disappointed.

plush comfortable rest

The best mattress I have ever owned. I do not use pillows anymore, this mattress is that comfortable. I recommend it for any person with back problems. My back pains went after using this mattress. Great for large persons.
