Sleeping in a cloud of nails

My experience has not been positive. I now have extreme lower back and neck pain. My husband needed shots on his back for the pain. My back has given out on me and thankfully my husband caught me. We were to the point that I needed help getting out of bed. We finally got rid of the mattress and had enough to purchase a new non foam mattress and we can start feeling the benefits! Stay away! My experience with this mattress made me stay away from foam all together!!! No support at all and not firm at all!! Gratifying firm is 👎 👎

It smells so bad we slept on the living room floor!

I have no idea how it feels to sleep on this mattress. My bedroom door has been closed and exhaust fans are on high in the windows. The toxic chemical smell is overwhelming. I very much want to return this mattress set, but Raymour and Flanagan, where we bought it, has a "no returns, all sales final" policy. Never again.

Worst customer service/warranty is a joke!

This mattress has a structural problem that can only be felt while on the mattress itself. The warranty only covers a 3 inch or greater “dip” in the mattress -no representative will check it . I will never recommend or purchase from sealy again !!

Sweat is drawn to the bottom of the mattress, causing moistu

I am not any cooler than a traditional mattress. My first mattress broke down and was replaced. My first and second mattress drew sweat to the bottom of the mattress, causing a lot of moisture. I am using a mattress protector and a thick mattress pad.
