I expected when buying from a furniture store, quality would be excellent. When we first brought it home, my husband complained that he felt like his feet were higher than his head. Two years later we both have back issues and feel like we are sleeping in a V. When I lay on my side, my thigh and hip hurt. I wake up in the middle of the night when the numbness starts. Now we rotate the bed every couple of weeks with zero relief. We tried to use the warranty but the company doesn't recognize the issue as an issue. 20 year warranty?! The dealer won't do anything either because the mattress got a stain on it. Crappy mattress and crappier service!
Not inducive to good sleep. Not waking up refreshed.
I would not purchase this Eurotop again. My husband experiences neck pain frequently and I do occasionally. I have had tingling in my shoulders. Our old 12 year old Serta was much better.
I did not have back pain until I started sleeping on this mattress, and I wake up MUCH hotter and sweating on this mattress. Paid WAY TOO MUCH for this POS.
We purchase this bed 14 months ago. At first it felt like we were sleeping in a pillow of clouds. This was our first plush, previous firm mattresses lasted well for us but didn't seem to help with back and body pain, so we chose to try a plush/pillow top type. This is a king size and figured that would help give us room so it wouldn't wear as quickly forming indents. We are both between 220 and 240lbs and average height. 11 months later I decided to look for our receipt to see the purchase date. Realizing that after 11 months, there are extreme body indents that make you roll right into them. Worse than any mattress of even 20 years. The noise and creaking is HORRIBLE! I couldn't imagine a mattress could be so loud. I could maybe see past that, but it's annoying during any activity (if you get my drift). We purchasedan this on a holiday sale so got it for $600, regular price claiming to be $1100. Ok, we got it cheap, but now I know why probably.

This review is for Restonic Comfort Master Stratus Plush
About 3 or 4 years ago we upgraded to a king size Restonic mattress. At first it was wonderful! However, over the course of a year the mattress began sagging horribly (about 2 1/2 -3 inches). Weekends Only did a wonderful job of getting us a new bed. Well, here we are a year later and the mattress is sagging again (a little over 2 inches). First of all, I think anything over an inch is extremely uncomfortable, so having 2 inches as a standard seems crazy to me. I am 115 lbs. and my husband is 180 lbs. so we are not putting a lot of strain on the mattress. Once again I submitted all the info to Weekends Only and we have a credit for a new mattress. The issues is I DO NOT want another Restonic after the 2 beds have had the same issues. I am so happy the Restonic does a great job of honoring their warranty, however it is a huge inconvenience and we have been uncomfortable for quite a while. Our problem is Weekends Only has a limited selection of mattress manufactures so our choices are very limited. I wish we could just get our money back so we could go elsewhere and have more mattress choices. I am so disappointed and am at a loss of what to replace our mattress with.
