Loved this mattress, it cradled all the pressure points.
It was sad to hear that they stopped making this mattress. After 15 years I went to purchase another and it's been very hard to find anything else that will compare with comfort and price. 😦

This is the second Park Place mattress we have had. The first one started sagging around 2 years and they replaced it. Now this one is doing the same thing but when I emailed and called customer service, I got no where. They said it had to be sagging more than 2 inches to consider return. It is like a hammock on my husband's side and he only weighs 180 lbs. Definitely not worth the money or hassle.

When I first got this mattress, I couldn't believe how fantastic I slept! Hardly moved at all and slept soundly. But it wore out too quickly. I rotated the mattress but wound up putting a topper on it after 7 years. But it was magical at the beginning.

Park place mattress 1yr good, 2yr done deep indenting.
The first yr on this matress was just ok. After that it was so indented the sides of the matress were higher than my body and im only 140 lbs. My husband is stomach sleeper and we have both been in pain. The protector let sweat stains through so warranty is void. Do not waste your money!!! My old Simmons 10yr bed lasted 15 yrs before 1+inch indention happened.

We have owned this mattress for 2 years. Ii is the saggiest mattress we have ever owned AND the most expensive we have ever owned. The show room model is VERY different that what we actually bought. We are trying to get an adjusment from the dealer and manufacturer, He will be out in the morning, I don't expect a good outcome but I won't stop with just that. I plan to look into the court system for help if we are not taken care of.
Bottom Line: I have been to chiropractor, Dr, and had X-Rays done, My Back is killing me and it all started when we bought this SORRY mattress.

It is the worse mattress I have ever tried to sleep on!
I contacted Park Place consumer service sent in pictures and description. I spoke to dealer soon after purchase. He stated a sales rep. would come to look at matres but nothing happened. Do not purchase from company or dealer. A waste of money. The depressions in mattress stay for hours. It is sooo lumpy!
