Big Enough for the Whole Family

We replaced our old toxic memory foam mattress with the Nest organic King Size, and I get a great night's sleep every night. It's so comfortable, in fact, that I almost don't want to get out of bed in the morning. My wife, our 5-year-old and I can all fit simultaneously on its huge firm surface and sleep soundly throughout the night.

Was supposed to be firm, not so much

Our mattress started out as a pretty firm one, but after a relatively short time of use (1 year), it got softer. Also, the problem with this mattress that we didn't realize when we tested out the model in the store, was that the edges are very soft. If you get too close to the edge, you're falling off. I like the material, the feel of the material, and the fact that it's all organic materials, but for a mattress that is supposed to be the firmer model, it is not.

Great at first

I loved it for the first few weeks, but then I had problems with the wool topping getting a bit mushy after a month or so. If it had stayed the way it was when brand new, I would have kept it, but I ended up returning it. The folks at Nest Bedding are sensational and helpful, and really interested in making sure you have the right mattress. They gave me no problems at all about returning, and I got a full refund. I am like the princess and the pea, so I entered into this knowing I might not end up keeping it, and they knew that too and still encouraged me to come in and lie down on their demo models at length. I felt like they were my good friends by end of this process. Most people will find a mattress they are comfortable with at this store, and it's with it for their professionalism.

Still sleeps hot

Even though it was sold as very cool for a memory foam mattress it still sleeps pretty hot for me. Less so than our old tempurpedic but still hotter than I would prefer.

Wouldn't buy again

We bought this mattress January 2, 2017. It was delivered shortly after that. I have turned it 4 times since we've owned it. I feel like it slopes toward the side. Our old cheap Beautyrest was in better shape after 15 years. I expected more from a $2,000. mattress. I would not buy this again.

incredible mattress

It took me a while to find the perfect mattress (actually exchanged my alexander medium firmness for the honest memory foam) but this is definitely it. Has some of the feel of a traditional spring mattress with incredible support, some bounce, not a whole lot of motion transfer. I sleep great and haven't had any back pain (I'm a runner and my previous mattress was causing issues). I sleep on my side/stomach on the medium firm side (not the firm firm side). I have zero complaints.

Bed arrived quickly. Was packed well. We needed a king size bed that would fit up our stairs. It was amazing how fast the bed went into shape once unpacked. There are many mattresses you can buy online that come in a box and what attracted me to The Honest Bed is the all natural products used to make this mattress. It has just the right comfort level for us firm but not too firm, plush is good description for the comfort level. I hope this mattress last a long time and the company does well so they will be there when I need to buy my next mattress.
