Most comfortable bed we've ever slept on, great price.
This bed is very comfortable whether sleeping on my back or side. The price point is amazing for this good of a mattress. Actually, I believe we paid more than I stated previously, but not much. We have paid thousands of dollars for other mattresses over the years, & this is by far a better mattress & mor comfortable one too.

Other than occasional neck pain from childhood injury, my morning comfort level and quality of sleep is better than I've had in several years. Low back pain has virtually disappeared and with the additional support of a body pillow I seldom feel hip or knee pain which had been chronic in the past. My husband's snoring has nearly disappeared. Very happy to have made the switch!

I like the firmness level of the bed, but it has developed sagging areas where we sleep. I'm a side sleeper and roll onto my stomach during the night. The sag makes my back hurt when I wake up. We are not overly heavy people (175lbs) and we rotate the bed every couple weeks, so Im a little disappointed that it has developed a sag, especially for the cost of the bed.

I used to get up in the morning extremely stiff. GONE! We also ordered the pillows and they're fantastic. We both adjusted them to our desired thickness (a big plus) and no neck pain either.

The hardest relationship to break up every morning,
I got the firm mattress because I love a firm mattress but it was a little too firm. I got the Alexander memory foam topper and haven't thought twice about the firmness. I sleep on my side the majority of the time and I don't have any pain in my hips or shoulders. The topped was the saver of this mattress! I am an ER nurse and I'm on my feet 12.5-13 hours a day and when I come home and fall into bed it is literally the best feeling in the world. I just curl up and sleep is only a few minutes away. This bed is worth every penny I spent on it. I would never go back!

This is out third and FINAL mattress in three years. After a memory foam with no support and a Stearns and Foster too firm, we finally got it right with the 'medium' Alexander mattress. We look forward to getting into bed each night. Both of us have neck/shoulder pain and female has hip (s.i. joint) pain. While no mattress will cure your aches and pains, the Alexander mattress will tremendously increase your sleep quality. Since receiving our mattress approx 3 months ago, every night we get into bed and both say "ahhhhhh". It's that good.

Was so looking forward to this bed, did a ton of research and it came down to this or the Wink bed. We were sleeping on a Therapedic (knock off of Tempurpedic) and that bed was awful, hot, sagged, not even remotely worth the cost.
This mattress looked like it was going to be perfect, we could choose the firmness, was supposed to sleep a little cooler and be a good investment. Plus they offered a 100 day sleep test.
When it arrived we unwrapped it, let it open up and breath. It was pretty stinky for about a month. It slept nice for awhile, still relatively hot, but that was manageable since the firmness was darn near perfect for me and my back was feeling tremendously improved over the old mattress.
Now here we are not quite a year later (just shy of 11 months today), the side where my husband sleeps is completely collapsed (he weighs 190 lbs.), so just like a nest, not at all what we were hoping for.
My side seems to be ok so far, though I will say that you can't get too close to the edge or the mattress sags and rolls you off.
Hopefully we'll be able to move soon and upgrade to a new mattress again.
If this one had been a couple hundred it might have been ok, but for $1000 I would have expected at least 5 years out of it.

If there is an issue with the bed, you have a 20 year warranty.
My back pain immediately went away once I got this mattress all set up in my apartment. We really love it! i'm a back sleeper and my boyfriend is a side sleeper, this mattress seems to be the perfect match for us both! i have recommended it to my friends and family.
