Not able to meet the needs of two different people

Was OK for me but sank down much too far for my plus-sized partner. This made it really hard to snuggle together; we had to roll up hill to get to each other. Nest was great in trying to solve the problem and gave us another mattress that was too firm for me but was OK for her. It has just been very challenging to find something that accommodates both of our needs.

Added Mattress topper for comfort

This beats the last mattress I bought that was $500, which I thought was expensive for a mattress. That shows how little I knew about decent mattresses. I added a memory foam with a feather bed layer topper to the mattress as I didn't think it was soft enough. This mattress was easy to assemble with two people as it comes rolled up. It's very heavy for one person. I liked the door to door shipping.

Needs more corner and side support

Like the idea, the price, the quality.... but there's little to no support if you roll towards the sides. The bed dips and you feel like you're going to roll off the bed. Would really like this bed if the edges could be firmed up.

Too soft

I purchased a medium soft mattress based on reviews that the firm mattress was too firm and I found that the medium is far too soft. Unfortunately I didn't open the box and use the mattress in time to qualify for the warranty and so I now have a $2500 mattress that I don't like sleeping on.

I have had difficulty finding a good mattress from nest b...

I have had difficulty finding a good mattress from nest bedding. I first had a queen medium love bed. It was too firm for my partner. The Alexander Signature Soft was very comfortable but lost significant support in the center within 3 months, resulting in back pain. This mattress was replaced by an Alexander Firm (I asked for a medium) which is too firm for our tastes. My next mattress will not be purchased at nest bedding and probably won't be foam either.

Good for back and stomach, not for side

I find this mattress to provide great support for back and stomach sleeping, but it doesn't work for me on my side - just doesn't have enough give for my shoulders and hips. I like to sleep on my side, but really can't do it very well on this mattress. I previously had the regular Alexander, and it was too soft for my back sleeping and oddly it was better for side sleeping except that it felt like there was a hard layer at the bottom of the soft layer that I would sink into, and then my shoulder would hurt.

wish I had gotten the firmer option

Great value for the money. Wish I had gotten the firmer option since most of my sleep is on my back. The unfortunate dilemma of ordering a mattress online is that you can't try it out first. It took us a while to figure out that we could have tolerated a firmer mattress.

I wish I would have known how soft this mattress becomes when your partner a plus size. He sinks way down, so if I want to lay next to him, I roll towards him. I practically have to crawl over to my side to sleep level. I am very thankful I ordered a King Size.
