We were very hesitant to purchase a mattes online, but this has been on of the best purchases we have made. The cool sleep, pain free mornings, and matress quality have all been above our expectations. I would recommend (and have) this mattress to anyone who wants to have a better night sleep at a fraction of the price of some competitors. We were looking at a temper-flex, and I am so happy we chose the NEST Alexandar Hybrid instead. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I were planning to upgrade from our queen bed to a king. He's a back and side sleeper and I'm a stomach sleeper. Through a friends referral I found the Alexander hybrid and when I suggested that we order our mattress online, sight unseen, my husband raised a brow... So worth it! We've had this mattress for 2 months now and haven't slept better in years!

This mattress is listed as a "medium firmness," but it is very firm. We have been comfortable and happy, but we definitely had to add a foam topper to the mattress. I feel like it will last for a very long time and we much more satisfied than we have been with traditional mattress stores.

Could be slightly thicker plush on top for perfection.
Exceeded expectations on workmanship. I love all the attention to detail in the seams, choice of materials. I know improvements were made to this mattress before I purchased but just a bit more thickness on the top would be exceptional. I would certainly pay a little more for such improvements. Overall this mattress met it's design goal. Comfort at a affordable price. I would not hesitate to buy another.

I weigh 225# most of it is in the middle and I'm a 100% side sleeper. Today is day 39. This mattress was great for the first few days, then started causing pressure pain at the hip which seems to be getting worse.
Wife don't like the top cover, the quilting is aggressive enough that it bothers her a bit.
We wanted to like this mattress but I think we will be returning as soon as we find a replacement.

Very comfortable. In a couple with one person significantly overweight and one of average size, we found the bed initially to be nearly perfect and very comfortable. We'd previously been using a pillow top traditional Sealy mattress, with an Ecofoam topper from Costco. 4 days into using our new Nest mattress, we put the foam topper on the new bed... that additional 2.5" of foam made it even more comfortable for the larger person, and didn't change the comfort for the other. We'd both been really happy with the mattress without the topper; the addition of the topper made it all around perfect.

I ran into an issue with the first mattress that I purchased. It had a two inch "V" shape tear on the underside. When I contacted Nest Bedding they requested a photo and sent me out a replacement at no charge. Amazing customer support.
As far as the mattress is concerned, I personally think it's a bit too soft for my 175lb body 5'8" and being a belly sleeper. The first week my lower back was a little sore but it stopped after that initial week. Perhaps I would've run into the same situation with any new mattress. It incredibly comfortable to climb into and I no longer wake up with back pain as I did in the beginning.
Not terrific for doggie style position. Knees sink in too much.

We researched quite a bit and learned about Nest Bedding through Sleepopolis. The online mattress companies as a whole offer great value and generous return policies. The Alexander Hybrid seemed to be exactly what we wanted, the best of the foam mattresses with the added support of the coils, and copper to wick away the heat. We had expected to possibly feel some discomfort as our bodies adjusted to this new mattress, but from Day 1 on, we both have had the best sleep! I would rate this mattress 5 stars. We have had the mattress for about 3 - 4 months, but we expect it to still be excellent next year. The company delivered as promised. We have no complaints.

I sleep hot on this matress but my biggest complaint is the edge support. I'm an side sleeper and usually sleep towards the edge of the bed. I feel like I'm going to roll off every night which is a big problem for me.
