I can't sleep due to being very uncomfortable. It's like sleep on something that's caving in on me. Badcock should be held accountable. I'm still paying for this garbage of a mattress that I've had less than a year.

This mattress is a mattress from hell. It sink's to the middle of the bed almost to the bottom, they have not been corroperate at all in giving me another mattress or giving me my money back, I would NOT recommend any one purchase anything from them.im not the only one who has had this issue when purchasing the same mattress! Do NOT buy from them, they do not stand by their stuff.
I have back problems already but this mattress made it soooo much worse. I’m currently looking for a topper because I literally just can’t take it. It’s very firm and doesn’t conform to your body. Also if you get hot at night just don’t do it. I’m hot as fire every night. Ive tried sleeping on my back, and sides. So if you have any back problems I would NOT recommend this mattress. My husband doesn’t have a problem with it though.

Bought this mattress because after laying on the twin I was sold! But when I got my king matttess set up and laid on it was instantly disappointed. The previous mattress was a pillow top and was 11&1/2 years old, it was more comfortable than this new one!! I actually had to put my memory foam mattress back on this new one!! It's so hard that every muscle and bones ache. Will never purchase this brand again! My son purchased his two mattress and his queen is also hard!! Very poor quality!! My boss bought two full sets also has this issue. Bought same day as I Did! Won't recommend product either!! Paid almost 900 for junk!! Laying on cynder blocks would be more comfortable!!

I expected maybe a bit more from this mattress. I hoped it would be a little softer due to it's fluffy top. But in reality the one I recieved is super firm. I guess the one I tried in the store had been thoroughly tested by many customers before me. This just doesn't feel the same.
It hasn't cause any back pain but rolling over or moving in bed at night wakes me up. It like rolling on a ton of bricks with a thin soft covering over them. My husband loves that but I don't.
In my opinion it is nice to relax and read on but not so great to sleep on. I'm just weird though. I like a little bounce to my bed. Maybe after I while I can wear me a good soft spot on my side of the bed.
JUNK! SINKS 3.5" drop in the foam! Badcock does nothing!
I paid a lot of money for this mattress. I needed it because of myself and my partner's back problems. When we got it we were sleeping well. Then after a year the mattress began to sink on each side where we slept. With the mattress protector off it was really obvious with the huge hump in the center of the bed.
We contacted Badcock and they never called back. Called again, got the run around. Was told to contact the manufacture. Well they are out of business. The mattress has a 10 year warranty that is worthless. Now here it is over 5 years later and the mattress has a 3.5 inch drop on one side and a 2.5 inch drop on the other side. The hump in the middle is like a camel. This thing is SO BAD I have placed folded comforters and pillows under me then put the sheet over that. Still Badcock is doing nothing. Their stuff is trash and they simply prey on people. I found out that the maker closed due to bad practices and was purchased by Sleep Inc. When I called them they had no idea what I was talking about and referred me back to Badcock who does NOTHING! STAY AWAY FROM BADCOCK AND NEVER EVER BUY A LEGENDS MATTRESS EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING THEM AWAY OR PAYING YOU TO TAKE IT. SHAME ON YOU! If you are going to tell people you are in the mattress business then you should really be in the mattress business and not the scamming business.
