We purchased this mattress in 2018 from Archers Sleep Centre. Having previously owned a kaymed mattress we were confident in our purchase.
However, after a few years the mattress developed deep grooves despite us rotating it monthly as instructed.
An engineer was sent to inspect the bed and declared that it was acceptable natural settlement.
Now we are stuck with this awfully uncomfortable and expensive bed!
