When we bought the bed two years ago it a little too firm and hot for my wife, so we bought a topper for it and it helped. Now two years later there is no support left in the mattress. I putt a straight edge on it and pushed in four inches in. I rotate mattress once a month to make sure everything‘s done to factory specs on it didn’t seem to matter . I can’t meet is not cover so I’m out of eighteen hundred dollars.
