You’re throwing your money away

The mattress was comfortable for about 6 months, it very quickly deteriorated and began to sag on the sides and develop a hump in the middle where the base of the mattress frames meet. My wife refuses to sleep on it. Had to replace the mattress after 3 years.

Love my mattress….

I will never buy a mattress with springs again! It’s a little too thick, but maybe it needs to be to give the comfort that it does. I bought the “display model” because they weren’t getting any more of that Vera Wang mattress. It had a few marks on it because customers would try it out, so consequently, I paid a lot less. I believe the original price was $3000-$3200. I’m not sure how much longer the mattress will/should last. The top layer is kind of saggy in 2 places, but it still feels good to me. When I’m ready to buy another mattress, I will probably shop for the same one.

Ruined my back and hips

Horrible mattress! Got ripped off by used cars salesman mattress guy!! I’m not rich so I am stuck with this piece of crap til I can afford a new mattress but very detrimental to my health!

After years, I still love it!

We have had the Vera Wang Serta for about 9 years and I still say to my husband about once a week “I love our cozy bed!” I would definitely buy this mattress again. We have the plush top so the mattress has a firm support with a pillowy soft top that hugs you. Perfect!

Best Mattress I’ve ever slept on

I travel a lot and I can’t wait to get home to this mattress. Feels cushy but has great lower back support.

Misrepresentation of a Latex Bed. Topper is cheap foam

Serta's Vera Wang Tranquility Euro Top Latex Mattress is a very poor latex mattress! Very misrepresented as a full latex mattress. It developed sagging and deep divots only months after we bought it. After 9 years of I finally cut the sunken pillow top off of and discovered CHEAP foam underneath! I paid a premium for a latex mattress and discovered that it has lots of cheap regular foam in it! Never buying Serta again!

Just what I needed

As a side sleeper, I suffer when I travel and sleep on other beds; my Serta is so comfortable. After all this time, it is beginning to show some compression of the mattress, but then I am fairly big. I always look forward to coming home because I know that my hips and shoulders won't be aching when I wake up. Would totally buy it again!

This mattress did not hold up to it's expectation as noted by seller ...A very poorly made bed for the money spent, not worth a dime of it!!! A BIG RIP OFF TO CONSUMERS, NEED TO E TAKEN OFF THE MARKET!!!!!

Will buy again

The Vera Wang mattress has been great! The only problem I’ve had is sleeping hot, but can’t say that’s due to the mattress since I’ve gone through menopause, but it hasn’t helped any. The comfort is fantastic and with two overweight adults sleeping on it it’s held up wonderfully.
