The mattress has sunk 4 1/2 inches where we sleep. It has a ten year warranty and the furniture store is replacing it.

Excellent Purchase

Fantastic comfort all around. I get compliments from guests and friends all the time. Easily one of the best mattresses I've ever slept on. Surpasses every hotel I've ever been in. I will keep this mattress until the very end. **Written from this mattress

Sagging after less than 3 years

This mattress is not comfortable and not supportive. It started sagging and does not provide back or hip support and I am not overweight. Sorry I bought it!

Does not hold up

A mattress should last more than five years. We are not heavy people and there are indentations where we lay that do not go away.

Mattress is showing severe sag

I rotate the mattress regularly, as directed by the sales person. After 18 months of owning the mattress there is now a severe sag on the edge of only one side of the mattress. I would not recommend this mattress I feel it’s poor quality for the price.

Side sleepers beware

The memory foam layer on this mattress is a joke. You can see you hand impression, but it offers zero support when you lay into the mattress. It provides no pressure relief and quite frankly feels like an overpriced spring mattress. Absolute waste of money, considering its less than 2 years old.

Uneven surface before 12 months of purchase

At the beginning, this mattress seemed to be comfortable. Although somehow quite smelly. The smell went away on its second month. But here is the main problem. I am a petite 132lb person and this mattress before it's first year already feels uncomfortable. The surface is now uneven / it sinks where my hips lay which makes it quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this product. It is expensive and doesn't worth the money.
