We rotated every three months. I miss the flipping of a mattress. Sides collasped from sitting on edge. With the pillow top and the thickness of the mattress sheets were hard to fit at times. At 6 years old, I feel the matress should have lasted alot longer. This was a floor model and had no warranty. I WILL NOT GO THAT ROUTE ANYMORE.
