The mattress we got has latex on top and the smaller coils underneath for extra support. Went through 5 mattresses from different companies before this and were finally sleeping better.

Slept on a temperpedic mattress before this one. My back pain has all but disappeared and I don't wake up hot nearly as much as I used to. My wife also noticed better sleep and less pain on her back and hip. Thank you Texas Mattress!
Get great sleep on this mattress. It is coils with latex on top. Had a warranty issue with it dipping in the middle. They came out to my home and saw my slats were broken from the ikea bed frame-causing the dip. They sent someone to install new slats and it's good as new!
