Rotated monthly with major low spots

We purchase this mattress November of 2019. We spent alot of money on this, for us spending $3300 on just a mattress was unthinkable. My wife had back and hip surgery and we were trying to find something that was a good fit for both. We rotated the mattress per the manufacturers website, it was like every 2-3 weeks for the first month and then once a qt...something like that. Within six months I was back at the place we purchased it and was told to rotate every month, it would even out. It got to the point that we purchased a separate bed for wife so she could actually get comfortable. It was a Beauty Rest Black label (something like that) and she loves it. I'm stuck on this bed that has low spots on all four sides. I move to the center and it's like I'm on an island. It's been the worst mattress experience ever. In less than 4 years we have spent over $6000.00 on mattress. One other thing I called in September of 2020 and I was told that I was stuck because of covid and there was nothing anyone could or would do. I guess this mattress is no match for a 200 lb man. Buyer Beware.

Can you tell me who you talked to because I am certain that nobody at Spink and Co told you that you were out of luck due to Covid, was it the retailer? We are going to have a product issue every now and then but we stand by our quality so if there is a defect your mattress is under warranty! Pressure points

The mattress was a little to firm for me. So I got latex topper which helped a lot. I noticed after a year I could see impressions on the bed. Two years later were uncomfortable on this mattress due to pressure points on shoulders and hip. Thought it was the latex topper. Took topper off bed and laid it on the floor and looked fine, no impressions, but to look at the mattress and you can see the impressions. We have spun the mattress around every three months. Just not a good mattress for us. We made a mistake buying the Preston.

Debbie, we are sorry that you did not like your Preston mattress. Your mattress is covered for severe body impressions so maybe the retailer you bought it from can take you through the process to determine if you have a manufacturing defect. I know what you mean when it comes to pressure points, that can be caused by several things including a change in our own body. Not sure what is causing that issue for you but a latex topper should have helped not hurt on that point. Let us know if there is anything we can do.

I’ve tried many mattresses from a Tempur-Pedic, to a BeautyRest, WinkBed, etc. You name it, I’ve probably tried it. This mattress blows all of them out of the water, It is so comfortable. I always say you can’t have all three expectations, great quality, great service, and great price. But this mattress and company met all three expectations. I personally spoke with Mark Quinn, the Co-Founder of Spink & Co, and he has exceeded my expectations. Everyone at this company will do anything they can to make you happy. The quality of the mattress is phenomenal, especially for the price. You will get the best sleep in your life with a Spink & Co mattress.

Very comfortable - worth the investment!

I tried several mattresses in the showroom and found this one to be exceptionally comfortable. I was initially put off by the cost compared to other brands however I am so glad I spent the extra money. I have had un-interrupted sleep since I started using it - no more tossing and turning to get comfortable. The mattress was much heavier than I expected so it does take 2 people to move it but the inner-spring system is amazing and I actually look forward to getting into bed!

Very satisfied! Excellent purchase!

My partner and I have owned this mattress for three months and we both agree that we sleep much better. He is completely free of back pain when he wakes up. I have hip bursitis on my right side, and while the mattress has not resolved this issue, I find that I can now sleep for longer periods of time on my right side. We both are pleased with the level of firmness. You don't sink in too much and neither are you sleeping on a board! And the mattress is well made. We appreciate the high level of natural materials. Finally, Spink and Co has excellent customer service. The company readily responded to my initial questions about the product line.

Supports everywhere

Our Spink and Co. mattresses support us in all areas, shoulders, hips, and back. While firm, the mattresses also are cushiony so that there are no pressure points after laying in one position. We are very satisfied!

Good Start

We just got our bed a week ago. Though it’s still a bit stiff, my fiancée and I are both sleeping better and waking up with less back pain. The mattress is well made and supportive. We are hopeful it will be a great bed for years to come.

Amazing Sleep!

Nice and comfortable no matter the sleeping position.

We have only had the mattress a few weeks. However, it is nice to sit on a mattress and not have is sink to the bed rail. We get a firm nights sleep.

Good so far

Have pain all the time so not the fault of the mattress. Only had the mattress 2 weeks so will be rotating. I have noticed a slight indentation already so hope by rotating will help.

Most important thing is that you are comfortable, or as comfortable as you can be with your bad back. (Sorry to hear about that by the way.)
