Since I had been using the previous traditional inner spring mattress, that I bought used, for about 8-9 years I figured it was time for a new mattress.
This one started out great! Firm, flat, comfortable and seemingly affordable. It didn’t take but about 6 months for the edge to get softer and start to have an indent. By a full year it had a notable low and soft spot right on the middle of the side where I get up and down.
I was hopeful that I would get a good number of years of reliable service before it would start degrading.
The head and feet areas are still pretty good. The middle is developing the same characteristics as the edge has developed at only four years….wow, $100 a year.
After just one week there are springs in my back. I called the store to warranty the mattress. He's refusing to do anything. I called the manufactory. They say they can't do anything. I waisted $500

After 18 months of use by 10 year old the mattress has 3”indentation on the middle, very uncomfortable to sleep on, gets hot, very bed quality, would never recommend it, would not even take it for free!
We purchased what was believed to be top of the line mattress and was good for roughly 1 month and the middle is completely sunken in. Came with 15 year warranty but does no good if they don't stand by their product. Worse purchase ever and have to get a new bed as soon as we can afford a new one.

For the first 3 nights this mattress was heaven. After that there is a visible sag and we wake up with sore backs every day. There are no returns so unless you like your bed imprinted within days I would not purchase thos mattress ever again.

I've tried to call customer service and I have no answer, I had to go to the neurosurgeon because of the proven back pain, I can't lose the $825 I paid for this robbery. Also in the store where I made the purchase the seller treated me in bad shape because after 5 months is impossible return
I really am satisfied with this mattress. I get a great nights sleep and it was relatively cheap compared to many others. Even if I need to replace it in 3 years it beats paying 1500 or more.
