Package originally arrived missing a piece of the support frame, called and had it delivered the very next day. Sleeps well, even after 3 years. The only issue we had was for one of the adjustment controls. Called customer support, they asked me to complete certain steps while they were on the phone with me, then sent out a new controller the same day (arrived in 2 days). Have not had to call back for any issues since then. I would not go back to a traditional mattress ever - as long as I have the choice.

I've had this mattress than 5 years paid 600 for it and it's already shot to hell. I weigh 210 lbs. Not exactly big enough ruin a mattress in 4,5 years.
I have bought better mattesses at roadside mattress builders for $79 per set. After 10 months the mattress had two permanent dips the length of our bodies. We went on vacation, came home, and they still had not puffed back up. We are not heavy people. I am 5'11" and weigh 178. My husband is a bit shorter and weighs a bit less. I drove the mattress, as directed by Corsicana, for an exchange. Upon arrival I was told that Corsicana had given me bad instructions and that the store I went to had to pre-order the mattress, you can't just show up as I had been told. Nearly a 400 mile trip to return with the worst mattress I have ever owned in my life.
