Has sunk down on sides that are slept on and raised in the middle.I have contacted Serenity Sleep numerous times in the past 2 months and the person tells me they are waiting on a rep to contact them, they do not have a contract with the store I bought it from anymore. they seem to be putting me on hold and not caring.
