Amazing mattress, might be over priced but well worth it! I have had beauty rest and temperpedic and it doesn't compare. I can't believe I thought I needed a name brand mattress to sleep better sometimes it's just the quality and erase the name tag. I love my mattress bought one for my mother in law too
Its a nice mattress that has really held up. My last mattress had lost its support over time. It felt like I was in a hole. After 3 years this has held up very well.

Like the previous comment that I saw, the mattress was great the first 2 years and then the memory foam had no more memory. We both sink extremely and our back hurts. My husband sleep a lot in hotels and sleep better anywhere else than our own bed. I called the company and they do not want to warranty my mattress. Extremely mad about the poor customer service and how long it lasted for that price. I have a 15 years warranty and they will not warranty it.
After having our bed for approximately 2 years it began to sag in the middle. My wife and I would literally be rolling toward the center of the bed. We called the store where we purchased the bed and they had someone come out and measure the "sagging"- they replaced the bed for handling charges I think $150- so far 3 years later the newest mattress seems to be holding up. I was hoping to get at least 10 years of use out of it for the price tag.
The mattress seemed fine and gave us support until after the 30 days was up and then it started sagging where we slept. Yes, we rotated the mattress but it sags bad and we spent over 3,000.00 for it so its not like we can go out and invest in another one so we're Stuck with it. We wake up in pain everyday. Our arms go numb during the night, its bad for our circulation. We totally regret spending this kind of money on this mattress. We've had this mattress for 2 years and have loved in pain everyday. We do not rest good or feel rested when we get up. The store would not take it back and allow us to exchange for something more firm. Worst mattress ever and I will talk about our nightmare to everyone I meet. I will also talk forever about the service with Bedding Plus. Once they deliver the mattress its yours no matter what happens to it. Horrible Nightmare and now we're stuck in pain and back issues until we can come up with a huge amount of money to make another investment for the better.
Great the first one to two years, then began having sagging issues and developed a large ridge in center. They measured the sag for warranty but said it didn't meet criteria. The measurements were taken closer to the center and not where the main sag was. For nearly $5000, I would have expected this mattress to last well over 10yrs. We have had it now for 6 and have suffered long enough. Going to try a tempurpedic or something else. As a side note, neither mattress store in our area stocks this mattress any longer. They both related too many problems and poor company response.
We have had this bed for over a year. it initially had some break-in to get to max softness. they told us that we would experience this. We have not noticed the bed being hot. We did get the Bamboo sheets to help with this. I love it so much more than Tempurpedic because you don't sink into the bed as much. I sleep very comfortably and deeply, I often only roll over one time and I am out for the night. I also wake up with less pain than our inner spring with memory foam topper. I love this bed. The pillows are the best I have ever used.
