If I could give this mattress negative ratings I would. Within the first couple years our body impressions were permanent on both sides (we did spin regularly until there was no point). I have back pain that has worsenwd due to sleeping on the uneven surface created by sleeping on this dumpster fire of a product. Of all the purchases I have ever made in my entire life this ranks as top two or three worst. Cannot put into words the joy I will feel when i can watch this mattreas get removed from our house. Just an absolutely horrible concept.
After spending over $1600 on this mattress (not including the foundation and bed frame that we also bought), it should last longer then 3 years....very disappointed...my husband and I feel like we are sleeping in shallow graves. Not only do we suffer with body and back aches from sleeping in the graves that the mattress has formed, but it is a struggle getting out of bed, due to the impressions. This mattress has completely collapsed...It also sleeps HOT!!!! Buying this was the worst decision I have ever made in my life!!!! I can't wait for my new bed (NOT a Nexgel) to arrive, so I can finally sleep on top of the mattress rather the in my mattress, and wake up without feeling like crap.
I have a pinched nerve in my neck that formerly meant I couldn't sleep on my side, my favorite position. The gel top means there are no pressure points, so I can switch between side and back sleeping. I have the version with gel over innerspring. Gel over latex was too soft.

We paid over $2,000 for a king-size mattress hoping for durability since it had a 20-year warranty. It has taken on the shape of our bodies to the extent the sides are high and you roll toward the center. Contacted the company about it and they said that was normal for it to take on the shape of your body. Once again, we are waking up with a backache.
