Initially, the mattress was great. After 5 years, I started noticing that the sides and middle were firm, while there were 2 trenches in each side were humans sleep. I rotated the mattress regularly. Then I tried rotating only 90 degrees and sleeping sideways for a year. For the past year, I wake up with extreme neck and shoulder pain daily. This mattress will not last 10 years.

I had a twin mattress and i'm on the taller side, so I wanted more room. Over the course of the 3 days I've had it, I developed constant back and slept mabey 2 hours of good sleep (Usually 8-10 on old mattress). It was honestly like Getting rid of a Lamborghini for a old beat-up minivan because it has more space.
Been sleeping on this bed alone for a couple years. Had not really cared about my body imprint. Recently added a second person to the bed. The bed rolls us both to the middle. Very noticeable now. It’s pillowtop so I can swap end for end but that’s it. Not sure how normal this is.

Went from a king to a queen for more space in our room. Hasn't ever been comfortable. Wake up at night with hip pain I never had before. (had physical therapy) Developed shoulder pain which keeps me awake. Sometimes we sleep in our motor home to get a good nights sleep. (We had a mattress custom made for it and it sleeps great) We did not call the company or the furniture store where we bought it. My husband does not like to complain. Save yourself future good night's sleep and do NOT buy one of these matresses
I picked this mattress up for free on craigslist, and I have to say that this used Chapman Plush mattress is, hands down, the absolute best, most comfortable mattress I have EVER slept on!
Chapman Plush is the only mattress I'm ever going to buy again!
Purchased this mattress due to price. When first purchased it, it was fairly stiff. Only after a year and a month of use, the mattress lost most of its stiffness, which is what I prefer. There was no sag however, but upon laying on it, it gave too much.
I had a warranty claim which was honored. The mattress had an extreme lean to it. As if a person went on one side of the mattress and started pushing it. It leaned in on one side, and leaned out on the other. And had an a bulge at the head area where it leaned out.
Again, the warranty was honored. But, I fear I will run into the same issue within the year unless they changed the way this mattress is manufactured.

Started out great - after four years - not so good
Really comfortable at first, but after less than five years there were two impressions that made rolling over difficult. The euro-top lost all softness. Slightly better when rotated. Mattress looks like new except for the two impressions. After ten years with our last mattress, it was still like new. Bought a new house and thought we wold start with a new mattress. Should have kept our old Sealy. Replaced with another new mattress.
