This is the first mattress I've bought in 30 years and did some research.
This created even more confusion for me, but Sunny, the Dublin, CA. store manager, managed to reassure me and pull it all together for me.
Her knowledge, sincere interest, and patience over came my ,sometimes, demanding personality. After a lot of effort on her part , I got the mattress I need.
Her delightful and charming manner, just made the whole process a breeze.

Too soft. Was fine first 6 months, but now it sags and Mancini's say I have to send a pic that shows it is sagging 1 and 3/4 in. w/o me on it, or they won't do a thing!!!!!!!!
