Bought this mattress in Bamako, Mali (West Africa) where we will be living for six months (two months left). This is the best mattress we have ever had. Perfect for the extremely hot weather here! Great back support for two 79 year old missionaries. Thanks!!!!
My adult daughter loves it! Purchased a queen size for her Murphy bed in 2017, it was hard to find a comfortable mattress with the thickness & weight specs needed for the Murphy bed while also meeting my daughter’s requirement that the bed be as organic as possible, this bed is Okeo-Tex and GOTS certified. Now married, her husband, who has a bad back loves it as well. During Covid 4 months they are staying with me in the suburbs and sleeping on a high quality, expensive innerspring but they mention that the one thing they truly miss from their city apartment is their Magnaflex.

We were looking to replace our much loved memory foam mattress. I went shopping at our local furniture store that had limited selection (which I loved because I did not want to get easily overwhelmed by ALL the choices offered at other stores.) The owner of the store was wonderful and listened to my needs and suggested the Magniflex Magnistretch Sport, which I then purchased. Sadly, it is not working for us and the company does not offer any return policy. :(
Now we have a bed that is painful to sleep on. I am currently shopping for a topper to try and make it better

This mattress was initially very comfortable, but over just 3 years it has deteriorated and feels like we are sinking into the head of the bed. The material hasn’t held up and my husband has back issues which are made worse by this. Also, it’s simply difficult to get OUT of!

My name is Zane and I work at Magniflex USA office. First of all, we are sorry to hear that you did not find our mattress comfortable after a while. Please let us know which model, in particular, did you have? If the mattress has the Dual Core, that means the cores can be flipped to a firmer side and that should help. Also, important is to note is that all our mattresses have a 20-year warranty so if we find that it is a manufacturing issue, we will be sure to fix this issue.
