The topper I purchased was suppose to be soft. Its definitely firm. When I spoke with them about having pain in my hip and neck after sleeping on the topper they suggested I sleep in pain for another 26 days before I decide. When I left a review concerning this I discovered they delete all negative reviews. Which explains why everyone loved the topper. I should have questioned that but didn't. Now I know if you give them 3 stars or less they just don't publish it. Don't fall for the misleading reviews. Its definitely not like sleeping on a cloud. If you do purchase it just know you are out that money if its not what they claim it to be.
